有哪位大哥大姐有壁炉的验货要点和要求！麻烦发过来我参考参考！谢谢了！

Insert:
1)风机(风机没有功能，或者转速低)
2)功率(有时只有一组发热丝工作,所以功率只有50%)
3)灯泡不亮,或者只亮一个,或者用错规格(看功率)
4)把出风口堵住，看温控是否自行断开
5)很多工厂在发热丝上涂有防锈油，导致在开机的一瞬间有大量浓烟冒出
6)发热丝附近不允许有线，以及可燃物,下面的塑料支架不能点燃
7)噪音不能过大
8)玻璃的钢化测试
Mantel:
1)无法组装
2)发霉，长毛
3)KD 孔位打错

2. FUNCTION TEST Qty Pass Fail N/A
A) Dielectric Withstand Test 20 X
- Withstands without breakdown a potential of 1000vac / 5mA (1000vac + 2 times the rated voltage for
units rated more than 250V) applied for 1 minute between live parts and any noncurrect-carrying

B) Strain Relief Test: (for Power Supply Cord) 3 X
- The strain relief device withstands a 35lbs pull force applied for 1 minute in any direct without
transmitting the pull to terminals, splices or internal wiring.
(RESULTS - There is to be no displacement of nor strain transferred to that portion of power supply
cord internal to the test sample.)

C) Stability Test 3 X
- Moveable heater returns to its intended at-rest postion on level surface when tipped in any
direction at an angle 10 Degree to the horizontal

D) Glass Panel Impact Test 3 X
- A glass panel or similar brittle material employed in a heater withstands, without cracking
or breakage, an impact producted by swinging a 2 inch diameter steel sphere weighing toughened glass:377mmX357mmX5mm
1.18lbs from a height of 16.15inches. plastic panel:371mmX279mmX2.5mm
(The panel, while in fully heated conditsion, does not crack or break when a wet cloth is wiped
across the surface or when sprayed with a fine mist of cold tal water.)
