8W多个布袋。。。全检，晕死！！！之前验一批布袋，就抽了百多个验就花了半天多时间，还是俩人一起的。这8W个~~是不是干脆签个劳动合同算了，估计验完都过试用期可以转正了！作者: jianzhi 时间: 2011-2-8 10:28
比较有挑战性的工作，就算验货员认真去做了，搞不好客户收到货还会投诉。客户会说，你看，我付这么多钱雇你们去做全检，怎么还有缺陷产品呢？
对验货员来说，验8W个，被迫放水的可能性非常的大；验的慢了，事情在规定时间内做不完；验的快了，也基本就是看下大的问题。
验完之后你们负责监督返工包装吗？如果不负责，那么工厂可以在不离谱的情况下作弊。比如说，你告诉工厂，这些有点小问题，拿去返工下，你监督他们一个个返工吗？如果不监督，那么工厂可能嘴巴上说好好好，其实根本不做或者稍微返工几个意思下；如果监督，那就不是验8W个的事情，可能是8.6W个。现在工人刁的很，工资就那么多，随便到哪个工厂做都一样，对他们来说，货做的差不多就可以了；验货员做全检，检出大问题让他们返工，没话可说，很多小的问题，你说返还是不返？你坚持返，并且监督返，那么这是个吵架的差事；如果你只是嘴巴说说“你们要返工”，不监督，那做这个全检和没做都差不多。
