listen to english songs so your ear will get used to english and eventually u will follow to sing and your mouth will get used to speak english as well. Additional bonus is with the melody, it is impossible for you to pronounce the words wrong.
to start with area that you are interested in. For example, if you like to eat, to start with learning name of different kind of food, fruit or vegetable, etc.
join some english chat room and try to chat there, even your english is not very good but you can still use simple english. Always use simple english is another trick. Actually westerner seldom use long sentence.
participate in some language courses when you have free time.
