Entry requirements:
- A recognized university degree or equivalent level
- At least 2 years practical experience in conducting labor compliance audits at factories
- Basic knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
- Ability to communicate, both written and oral, in English and Mandarin
- Willing to travel and work in different cities and provinces in east china
- Must be organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills (particularly the ability to interview workers and factory managers soliciting potentially sensitive information) are essential
- Previous experience working for a US-based retail or manufacturing company preferred
- High ethical standards
