Responsibilities;
*) Sourcing for suppliers in China, able to bargain the prices and talk with factories.
*) Audit factories and do QC by your own.
*) Follow up samples & mass productionà Make sure correct items and on time delivery.
*) Preparing shipping mark, booking containers also preparing related documents.
*) Assist the project manager
*) You will handle many different projects and need to be able to finish on time
Requirements (person, who don’t meet our requirements please do not send your CV):
*) Female, age between 24-30
*) Work in trading company for at least 2 years
*)
Preferably person who worked in foreign trading company before
*) Able to work under pressure and over time
*) Willing to travel some time to time
*) Able to make own decision and able to work efficiently
*) Good oral and written English
*) Able to work on Excel; including calculating using it. Others Microsoft offices will be a plus
*) Understand all the trading terms; pricing, calculating, preparing documents such us packing list/invoices, etc.
