职位描述
Job scope:
1. Conduct production inspection.
2. Conduct factory audit and support vendors in meeting the social compliance.
3. Prepare inspection report, data processing, and analysis of the quality report of our vendors.
4. Keep daily communication with our vendors and US head office, direct our vendors in meeting our corporate policy in the quality assurance and product safety requirement.
5. Quality problem solving.
6. Support the project development and sourcing activities.
7. Vendor management in working out the vendor profile.

Requirement:
1. age at 25 or above. Hardworking, honest and outgoing character is required.
2. Relevant working experience in foreign enterprise for 2 years or above.
3. Experience in working with USA global retailers will be an advantage.
Be familiar with product knowledge, US law in particularly to sporting goods and toys is a
plus.
3. College graduate with English CET level 4 or above.
The candidate MUST be able communicate independently in WRITTEN and ORAL English.
Fluent Putonghua is a MUST. Cantonese will be an advantage.
4. Frequent travel in China is required.
5. The candidates should consider reside in Changping town, Dongguan, at least nearby ChangPing town.

工作职责：
1. 进行工厂验货。
2. 进行工厂审核，协助工厂符合社会责任的要求。
3. 完成验货报告，对供应商提供的报告进行数据处理和分析。
4. 保持与供应商及美国总部的日常沟通，引导供应商达到我司在品质保证和产品安全上的要求。
5. 解决产品质量问题。
6. 对公司的项目发展和采购提供支持。
7. 进行供应商管理，完成供应商资料记录。

要求：
1. 25岁或以上。诚实，努力，性格外向是必要条件。
2. 2年或以上相关的外资企业工作经验。
3. 具备与美国大零售商合作的工作经验有优势。要熟悉产品知识，美国法律尤其是体育用品和玩具的法规。
4. 大学英语4级以上。必须能够独立应对工作中的英语口语和写作。普通话标准，懂广东话有优势。
5. 日常工作中经常需要出差。
6. 一旦入职，应聘者要考虑在常平或常平附近住宿。

我也是以资企业的验货员，不过是公司定点外协，拿的是2002年的工资，加班无数，福利没有了，好像是被公司遗忘了一样，想换工作吧英语又不好。。。。。。。。。。。。
