2. Brief Introduction of Inspection
● The brief words explain the main procedures of the inspection. For example, how many cartons are opened during the inspection and how is the inspection carried out.
3. Main Inspection Points
● This section shows the readers what are the most important aspects need to be noticed during the inspection.
For example, “1/ the appearance and workmanship of the sweaters-refer to Part C.1, Part D.1, and Part E.1” “Appearance” and “workmanship” are important aspects. “Refer to Part C.1, Part D.1, Part E.1“means you may find the related inspection results in the below five parts which are the main passages of this report.
Part A. Good Aspects
● Obviously, this part shows the readers what aspects are well done by our factory.
Part B. Accepted Doubtful Points
● These points are that the defects found during inspection, but accepted by the customer later. Maybe, as not only being accepted this time, but also for the future, these defects will not do harm to the sales and the usage of the product.
Some times, it writes “PS:…”, for example, “PS: Joy had asked the factory to check all the sweaters and cut the thrum”. It means that what the actions to solve these problems asked by inspectors to the factory to take.
Part C. Pending Defects
● These pending defects are accepted by the customer only for this very order, but they must be avoided next time.
Sometimes, customer accepts these defects because of the time limitation for shipping or something, while these defects will not do much harm to the sales and the usage of the product.
Part D. Main Problems
● These main problems must be solved before re-packing this time before shipping. Otherwise, the customer will not accept and the shipping will be delayed accordingly till the factory takes good actions to solve these problems.
Part E. Other Pictures
● Generally, these pictures show other aspects of the product.
