以下是本人积累的一些比较常用的检验报告简短英文描述,今后会继续发给大家,希望可以帮助一些要帮助的同行.

General Packing	1	Missing components 包裝零件丟失
	2	Incorrect packing method 包裝方式錯誤
	3.1	Light deforming of packing but don’t damage the products 輕微包裝變形但不會造成產品損傷
	3.2	Serious deforming of packing but don’t damage the products 嚴重包裝變形但不會造成產品損傷
	3.3	Serious deforming or damage of packing but don't damage the product 嚴重包裝變形或损坏且不造成產品損傷
	3.4	Serious deforming or damage of packing and damage the product 嚴重包裝變形或损坏且造成產品損傷
	4.1	Seam missing 紙箱未封口
	4.2	Poor taping / gluing and the opening on the cover panel 封箱不良, 箱蓋開口
	5	Miss UPC 條碼標未貼
	6	Miss Sticker or warning 要求之貼紙或警告標語未貼
	7.1	Container loading - No container inspection 没执行货柜检查
	7.2	Container loading - Dirt of Conatiner 货柜脏
	7.3	Container loading - Incorrect loading way 装柜方式不正确
	8	metal scissor/ knife pieces leave in box. 刀具

Master Carton / Color Box	1	Incorrect structure 紙箱結構不符要求
	2.1	Incorrect seam method but no problem to pack the products and pass the test requirements of QR 紙箱和縫方式不正確但不影響包裝且通過QR測試
	2.2	Incorrect seam method and the goods can not be well packed. 紙箱和縫方式不正確且影響包裝
	3.1	Poor seam with the opening 紙箱和縫處不良並有開口
	3.2	Poor seam with the opening and safety concern 紙箱和縫處不良並且有安全考量
	4.1	Incorrect dimension but no problem to pack the products and pass the test requirements of QR 紙箱尺寸不正確但不影響包裝且通過QR測試
	4.2	Incorrect dimension and the goods can not be well packed 尺寸不正确影响包装质量
	5	Incorrect shipping mark 麥頭錯誤
	6.1	Un-clear shipping mark but no problem to read 輕微印刷不清楚, 但仍可辨識
	6.2	Un-clear shipping mark and can not read 印刷不清楚, 且無法辨識
	7	Incorrect Graphic printing 圖案印刷錯誤
	8.1	Serious tearing - less than 2cm length 嚴重撕裂小于2cm 長度
	8.2	Serious tearing - 2~5cm length 嚴重撕裂2~5cm 長度
	8.3	Serious tearing - over 5cm length or tearing two areas 嚴重撕裂超過5cm 長度或两处以上
	9.1	Broken less than 2cm 破裂小于2cm 長度
	9.2	Broken -- 2~5 cm length 破裂2~5 cm 長度
	9.3	Broken over 5cm, product visible 破裂超過5cm 長度
	10.1	Visual dirt mark, spot, water mark etc… between 5 to 10 square cm and less than area 髒污點介於5 至10 平方cm
	10.2	Visual dirt mark, spot, water mark etc… over 10 square cm 髒污點大於10 平方cm
	11	UPC can not be read 條碼無法讀取
