这是第三方验货报告的标准页脚内容， 目的就是免责嘛， 好像是ITS的格式的吧， 呵呵。很熟悉， 也明白， 有法律文本味道的东西， 翻译起来比较麻烦的。 试着翻译一下：
1. 本报告仅反映依据抽样程序在所示检验时间和地点的发现。
2. 本报告并不免除卖方在产品质量和数量方面的合同义务以及买方对于本报告未曾发现的不良产品的索赔权益。

两方面：
