(1) This was one of my first problems when trying to learn English and it was much more for me because I didn't have any1 close to pratice with. Anyway, I tried to change my inner voice- yes, the one that tells you all the time that you're wrong or right about everything- from spanish to english. How? Well, I started to translate every word I heard into English and every thought too. Hard at the beginning but in some months I realized that I was thinking in English! It's kinda strange at the beginning but finally it's just with you. That's all I can say, I hope it works with you. Bye and take care.
(2)you can learn English by talking to a person who speaks English. You can also learn from watching movies and listening to music. Try to immitate what you hear. It usually help.
(3)As you know learning english depend on many things which the most important of them is practice,practice& practice, so you have to make a relation to it & use of every of your minutes to read it ,listening to it , writing it, conversation it &..
(4) A very good way is to listen to the BBC World Service (on shortwave or via the internet). First make sure you have listened to the world news in your own language (so that you are up-to-date with the latest news). Then listen to the English news on the BBC. As you already know the information on most of the items, you can focus on the language used.

(6) inundate yourself with english: listen to english music; watch english tv shows/movies; read english articles and books, and try to speak english with friends for fun. maybe soon you will be able to dream in english

(8)For improving your knowledge in English try:
(a) Listen more &more to English even in your sleeping (it helps you to make a familiar atmosphere with it).
(b)Write many sentences in it from short to long ones (for improving your grammar & helping to thinking in English not in your language)
(c) Repeat the sentences after hearing them carefully (as same as speaker).
(d) Speak more &more even you have some mistakes on it (you can correct them one by one)
(e) Get a partner to conversation or chatting.
(f) Practice, practice &practice (it’s the GOLD KEY for learning every thing).
