2. Parts Missing(missing component & missing hardware)零部件缺失（包括配件零件包五金的缺失）
3. Loose (not assemble tightly) 灯体松（没有安装紧固引起的疵点）
4. tilt (Lamp Point not level or Fixture not square/plumb) 灯体不正（灯体各点不水平或灯体不垂直）
5. bad material (parts bended, poor quality of the component & all defects caused by the bad raw material) 原材料差（零部件变形弯曲，零部件质量不好和所有因来料差而引起的质量问题）
