职位描述： Job Title:
QC Inspector
1.Primary Function > Daily final inspection of finish products in factories. > Partnering with factory QC Team to inspect in process production goods and incoming raw materials to ensure quality of materials and goods from beginning to end. > Report the inspection result to QC Manager. > Audit materials being used at factory per Sassy approved Bill-Of-Material for accuracy. > Assist factory QC Team in establishing and maintaining an approved retained sample procedure for use in establishing a control sample to use during finished goods and in process inspections. > Assist factory QC Team to maintain internal QC facilities and lab equipment with proper calibration procedures and certifications.
2. Responsibilities / Duties > Travel day to day around factories , base on the QC itinerary. > Willing to stay in factories base a 2 weeks shift. > Can work independently, but always with Sassy’s best interest in mind.
3. Education and training > Academic : High School, Technical School , equivalent or above. > 3-5 years experience. > Familiar with toys and infant products. > Familiar with US and Europe Safety requirement. > Computer knowledge : MS Excel , MS word. > Can communicate in written and spoken English.
