JD for this position(Location: Shanghai):

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES

1.
QC Team building and management,
including QC recruiting/ training
/
performance evaluation etc.
2.
Arrange online/final inspection and review relevant reports before releasing.
3.
Specification (Law & Standard) implementation follow up.
4.
Join the product sample assessment.
5.
Investigate and handle complaints from customers.
6.
Maintain good liaison with UK headquarter, HK office as well as other departments in Shanghai office.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

n
Bachelor Degree or above in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering and relevant fields
n
At least 6 years experience in the same field and prefer 3 years in the same position
n
Familiar with ISO 9001 ISO14000,SA18000,GMP,ETI systems establish and audit
n
Familiar with relevant ISO/BS/EN/IEC standards for company products ranges including Furniture/Package/Beauty & Healthy/ Stationery etc.
n
Knowledge of computer tools
n
Fluent English both in spoken & written

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

n
Registered ISO9001 auditor is preferred
n
Registered Quality Engineer is preferred
n
Familiar with 6sigma, SPC, QFD, FMEA, DOE, MSA, etc.
n
Knowledge of management techniques
n
Strong inspection area, knowledge in BS6001/MIL-STD-105E as well
n
Prefer a person who work for buying office, trading office or 3rd-party inspection company
n
Previous serve for Europe market preferable
n
Good team partner, Ability to work through and with others, share knowledge
n
Communication skilled, active listener, good coach
n
Problem solving ability
n
Travel is available

I am graduated from HuBei university of technology, have a good command of both spoken and written English and past CET-4.

I serve for Dorel Europe division for OEM products ,including two famous brands: BEBE confort & Quinny. the products include stroller, high chair, pram body and many other infant goods.
My work include sending inspect report to our customer, handling complains and set an improve actions plan, leading customers to visit the production factory, following new products with supplier's designer.

以前是qc，现在都是qe了，qe的要求很多，看起来还是要多学习，继续充电去
