maybe you think the subject is kind of stupid?

to some extent, both important. anyway english or any other foreign language is a bridge of communication. so how do you get along with the customer is the most important thing. i saw a female sales is very successful but her english absolutely not perfect, but her smile and her impassion so nice.
anyway your opinions very welcome.

As a language,at first, it's necessary to open your mouth to speaking,because it's the most direct tools for communication.
