I am twenty six years old,I have been working as quality engineer in this electrical appliance field for 3 years since I graduated from university,to be specific,I daily do qualtity analysis and improve,conduct quality control and assurance with our suppliers,carry on pre-shipment inspection for goods and responsible for factory audit and so on.I like having sports,they are my favourite hobbies,such as football,basketball ,tennis.sometimes I would like to make friends with others which have similar hobby.I also hope we can become best friends so that we able to freely communication with each other and share the inspection experience in this forum.

actually, my major filed is business administration, when i graduated from university, i sellect a job which i'm true interested. i'm so happy that i can do the things which i exactually want to do!
however, during the job, everyday is a challenge for me, i need fully patience with people, and strictly attitude with job. anyway, this is life, all right?!

i am tony, 26 years old. i graduated from a key university and majored in English. after graduation i worked in a japanese office as a QC since i wanted to learn more about production and factory. the main product for this company is electronic toys. i think i have got much from my past 2 years experience. and now i am seeking for a better company for development. so could someone give me some good advice?

here,I think that it is good opportunity to communicate each others from many aspects,ie works,life,lobbies,making friends,entertainments and so on.i'd lke to make an exchange of ideas.
i am textile inspector from nanjing and have some expierences for about eight years in textile inspecting.sometime,i felt that i am a little tired of doing this job, but i didn't abandon it due to no apperance of satisfatory job.however, in most of time,i was happy because i have a some good friends and colleages. usually, we get together to do things enjoying ourselves.

thanks for your kind advice. now i will do this job for some years to gain enough experience and knowledge. then i will decide whether i should change my job to become a merchandiser or continue with this trade. but i think when you are young of course you can travel out very frequently. but when you are not so energic this job will not fit you any longer. so every one for
this job should have his own plan.

I also introduce myself briefly here,I am Ryson from a trading corp which lies in a beautiful coastal city，Ningbo.and my position is QC supervisor ,i have seven colleagues in my sector.As our corp. dealing exclusively with exporting business in Electronic&Electrical Fields,we inspect these products.yet i am in charge of sector management affairs,however i also travel to manufactory on business...rite here provisionally,to be continued.

That may be your personal opinion, you can't see your future, but you can change a company. As for inspector job, no one think it is a bad job, just feel can't find a better company. you can say so, that can prove your company is not very good. Give you an advice, no job is a good job, unless you love it!

i is hard for me, my english is so poor!

i want to learn english well, but i tried a lot of time and failed. and the reason of fail, i think, maybe is that i spend less time on it and remember less words.

Although I am not a QC now but was before, I will never forget everything in past years as a QC whatever it is sweet or brinish, so I like to come here when free and go around to see somethings new or interesting, of course I didn't forget to speak out my feeling or provide some knowledge or personal experience to share with you all.

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myselft to everyone here.I'm Ken Ou,male,28years old.I work in guangdong light industrial products imp.&exp.holdings corp.clock&gifts division.Our division mainly deal with clock,wooden jewelry box,photo album,photo frame.I have serviced this company nearly for four years from 2005 as a QC,but from 2007 i service here also as a sales assistant because some colleagues had been fired,then less people must do more jobs.So now i have to go to factory to inspect the goods about 3 times per week,and i also have to follow some order,make contact with our customer,place order to manufacturer,push the production,arrange the shipment and payment.This is a state own company,even so the salary is badly,i plan to leave this company.I know my experience and knowledge are not enough,i need more study to improve myselft.
In my spare time i used to play football,badminton,pingpong,and i love to enjoy a movie with my lover.

I'm Jessie, 23 years old, locate in shenzhen.

I am not only the freshman here,but also in quality control & Testing fields.
Now I am working with Disney in plush toy business,which means I have to learn much about their quality and testing standards to meet their compliance due to Disney high reputation.

I need to know both EN71 & ASTM test standard as there are Disney UK & Disney North America two different districts I am working with.Moreover, Disney has their own test requirements besides EN71 & ASTM. So it's really a big challenge to me.

In order to improve myself quickly, I need to strong my will, build up confidence and absorb as much knowledge as possible. Of course the first step is to source good material, that's why I am here~

Perform quality inspection for products, compare with the approved sample, check the appearance, check the inside construction, assembling, make function testing

Perform product testing at factory, for example, furniture, we need make moisture testing, loading testing, stability testing, coating testing, and so on.

Check the production quantity according to PO, check the shipping mark, packing, inner box, gift box, color card, and so on

Take photos during inspection, make a judgement for the inspection result and write the English report, then send to office

My favorite hobbiy is bicycle sport.I have three pieces of cycle,two for mountain and one for road.I live in shenzhen.I often ride from futian district to nanao or xichong.make a round trip about one day.if you like this hobby please tell me. We can exercises together!

I graduated fromHunan Normal College,now for improve my english level ,I attend Nation Self study Test of English.

I had working in Shenzhen about ten years, the main working is inspector.but through my study ,I had got  ISO9001：2000 internal auditor training in 2002,

First worked as QA inspector, get involved in product R & D.then I get into a big trade company  worked as merchandiser and QA inspector. About four year later,I entered a UK company worked as Field QA and Factory compliance auditor.Field QA inspection for shipment from China;  Arrange inspection from SGS and STR. Arrange factory compliance audit on a quarterly basis;Main customers includes Wal-Mart, Argos, Habitat, Homebase, etc. Main products includes trampoline, tents, sanitary wares, furniture, and toys.

Now I work for a American company.Main products includes tents, backpacks, sleeping bags, and apparels.You know American economic crisis,
so our company meet crisis too, Many employee were fired from 2008 to today.
I often stay home and rest, but the basic salary is being keeped.infact I think is agreat chance,if you want change you fate, you know many trade companys closed the office in HK, and open the new office in mainland, if your ability is good ,you will get new succeed.

Through the environment is crisis,but the chance belong to the powerful personl!!!!!

Brothers & Sisters,
Am I coming late? Whatever, just let me briefly introduce myself. My name is Liang fu.  I come from Zhanjiang，which is a beautiful coastal city in west of Guangdong.
   I've been out of univercity and in this position as QC for nearly 2 years.  I learned Business Administration at school, which has little to do with my present job.
   The company now I work for is HK-capital.They supply us dormitory, and a 2300/month's salary. Although I love this QC position, yet I really don't see my future in this HK-capital company. My  precursors  always said we 're selling our youth as QC here.  So we have to learn, learn somtehing that would help us stand tightly on earth even when time passes and white hairs show up on our heads. I believe what they said, so I read books  in my spare time , which is also part of my hobbies.
   Oh, nearly forget, I have an English name, Bob, I take it short for "bag of bones" , you can guess my figures from that. But don't worried, I am in good health condition, as I do sports everyday.
   Wow, this introduce is not that brief as assumption. Sorry, sorry ,sorry...

so glad to meet you all, I'm lost my job last month in Vietnam because of financial crisis, right now i'm going to looking for a new job in china,it's better in Guangdong province, but so many companies don't recruit employees in this time, I've been working for a foreign company(Trading Furniture,American )as a QE engineer, QC director in 6 years..I got almost ten years experience in furniture field, the solidwood, metals,sofas,glasses furnishing are very familiar for me. I have confidence to find a suitable job to me.

I officially participated in Foreign QC(a part of inspection domain) four years ago,at that time,I learnt anything on inspection from the basic root,herein I thank everybody helping me.my duty is not only in inspection goods also do something about merchandising and purchasing,sometimes in shipping document.This's big difference among another inpectors.

My last self-introduction was in March last year and I'm quite nervous now.
I have been working in quality field over 10 years. Firstly as an QE in Foxconn, buster in a big company hah. And then a toy company as insepctior, then QE, SQE. Though that's a toy company, there're all categories of articles manufactured.

Feeling tired of being qc, would like to start my own foreign trade .
