标题: transit testing 运输测试
运输测试包括了震动测试和跌落测试。大家看到的一般都是简洁版的，现在附上扩展的，大家就可以知道测试的时间和转速是怎么确定得来的。文件为英文版的。

Transit Testing

Sequence	Test Category	Test Type	Test Level
1	Vibration	Fixed Displacement	1in.(25mm) peak to peak at a freq. to be determined
2	Shock	Drop	Height varies with packaged-product weight

Vibration testing process:

Sequence	Instruction
1	· Check the quality of the product prior to performing the test, this is to make sure that the defect are due to the drop test and not the workmanship.
2	Face 3 rests on the platform
3	Start vibrating at 1 inch (25mm) total displacement at the machine’s lowest frequency
4	Increase the frequency until the packaged-product begins to momentarily leave the surface of the platform and a metal shim can be intermittently moved between the bottom of the longest dimension of the package-product and the surface of the platform.
5	Determine the test duration in minutes using following formula. 14,200 Vibratory Impacts Test Duration in Minutes= ------------------------------------------------------------------ Cycles Per Minute (CPM) or 【Cycles Per Second (Hz) x 60】
6	Begin the vibration duration.
7	· If not using a vertical linear motion on the vibration system, perform a horizontal rotation of 90° or 180°at half way through the vibration duration.
8	· Complete the vibration duration and inspect samples.

A restraining device or devices shall be used with the vibration test system to:

Prevent the test specimen from moving off the platform and
·
Maintain test orientation of the packaged-product, but
·
The device or devices shall not restrict the vertical motion of the test specimen during the test.

Conduct drop test in following order

Sequence	Orientation	Specific face, edge or corner
1	Corner 2-3-5	Most fragile face, it must be at the edge of joint
2	Edge 3-5	Shortest edge radiate from that corner
3	Edge 2-5	Medium edge radiate from that corner
4	Edge 2-3	Longest edge radiate from that corner
5	Face 6	The one of two smallest faces
6	Face 5	The other face of the smallest faces
7	Face 2	The other face of two medium faces
8	Face 4	The other face of the medium face
9	Face 1	The one of two largest faces
10	Face 3	The other one of the largest face
