Required Knowledge / Skills / Abilities 知识/技能/能力要求
--Technical degree or above; 大专及以上学历
-- Knowledgeable of natural materials: wood, grass, willow, etc. 有天然材料诸如水草、柳制品或者木制品等产品质检经验
-- Understands handicraft industry 对手工工艺品行业有一定了解
-- Has experience in Factory/Trading Company Quality Assurance 做过工厂/贸易公司验货员优先
--3+ years in a Quality related position 3年以上质量控制职位经验
--Ability to understand technical documentation 有能力理解技术文件
--Basic office skills, including Microsoft office applications 基本的办公软件使用，包括 Microsoft office
--Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills 很强的分析，组织和沟通能力
--Experience in working in a team environment and seen as a strong team player 团队工作经验
--Possesses a high level of personal integrity and honesty 为人正直诚信
--Availability to work some weekends and travel often 可以周末工作和经常出差

During Production Inspection (DPI)
A visual check on the quality of components, materials, semi-finished and finished products when at least 20% - 30% of the order has been completed.Randomly inspects the Production batch and those products in the line for possible defects. If any should occur, identifies the deviation and
provides advice on the corrective measures that are necessary to ensure a uniform batch quality and a quality product. This service allows you to find out the problems at the early stage instead of at the last minute.
Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI)
The pre-shipment inspection takes place when the merchandise is 100% completed, packed, marked and ready for shipment. I randomly draw some product from finished goods, based on statistical random sampling technique, commonly known as ANSI/ASQC Z1.4, MIL-STD-105E, BS6001,
DIN40080, ISO2859 or NFX06-022, to verify that thefinished products meet with your requirement.
Loading Supervision
I will reach factories, warehouse, loading place to check product information, quantiy and package before loading; supervise the whole loading process and help manufacturer finish loading under correct and clear working clauses and working process.
