Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Inspector Leader will manage of group of professional inspectors to ensure high level of on-site performance and client satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities
- Train and coach inspectors to make sure the company policies, inspection procedures and inspectors' behavior are complied within the team he/she manages;
- Evaluate inspector's product knowledge and inspection skills to identify inspector's expertise and qualification to support recruitment decision and dedicated inspector program for key clients;
- Conduct inspector audit on site and report any issue found to Branch Manager;
- Provide technical support and give guidance to inspector to maintain a consistent quality services;
- Coordinate with internal parties to solve any issues may impact inspector's work quality;
- Assist investigation if complaint happens;
- Conduct inspection or audit if needed;
- Other job assigned by the management.
The Skills We’re Looking For
- College diploma or above in engineering or related disciplines;
- Above 5 years working experience, and at least 2 years with supervision role in quality control field;
- Willing to accept frequently travel work;
- Good command in English both speaking and writing;
- Integrity, able to work under pressure and excellent interpersonal communication skill;
- Positive attitude to monitor the inspector's performance;
- A synthetic and practical spirit, good adaptation skills are required.
