Based in Hangzhou, you will initially focus on managing the business in Zhejiang area and then will extend further to other regions.
[Your Responsibilities]
The tasks you will be assigned will cover, but will not be limited to:
- Creating and implementing the sales plan to develop the laboratory testing business in China (mainly Zhejiang and Guangdong regions);
- Leading and managinga sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize gross profit;
- Managing daily activities to optimize the call plan to maximize sales potential;
- Maintaining a commitment to the company's sales processes and business code of ethics;
- Developing close working relationships with the decision makers of key customers including manufacturers, trading companies and brand owners;
- Working with the technical team to analyze the customers' business needs and propose the best solutions;
- Keeping abreast of all competitor activity.
[The Skills We’re Looking For]
We are looking for an applicant, with experience in at least one of the following fields:
- Direct knowledge or experience of the testing industry;
- Successful sales experience, especially business to business sales;
- Over 4 years of experience in the areas of QC industry and laboratory testing service sales;
- Highly self-motivated, a goal achiever and a dynamic personality;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Chinese and English;
- Good negotiation and motivational skills;
- Diverse technical knowledge in chemical/physical/E&E testings will be an advantage.
