2013年6月起需根据ASTM F963-11标准要求执行第三方测试和认证

We better to make it clear that the XRF testing could be accepted for surface coating???

We well know that substrate is acceptable, the question is also acceptable for surface coating?

Due to the layer of the coating is thin, it is easy to make mistake in between substrate and surface coating.

上面的英文的意思，是比较你测试粉末，还是把粉末喷在铁板的表面上一起测试的，这个有差别，目前基本要求都是要把粉末喷在产品上，然后弄下一小部分喷好的产品送去测试，
