c. When product is under 3 years: Batteries shall not be accessible without use a tool during normal use and after abuse.
d. Short Circuit: inadvertently or intentionally short circuit is not exhibit without using tool during normal use and after abuse
f. Leakage current test

g. Maximum voltage: 24 V DC
h. Battery surface temperature: < 71 °C
i. Single electrical circuit: Should not mix different types or capacities of battery.

Cords and Elastics:

Cords on toys: under 18 months. Should be <12 inch long under 5 lbs
Self retracting cords: under 18 months.
Should not retract more than ¼ inch under 2 lbs.
Pull toys: under 3 years. If cords/elastics greater than 12 inch, can not form a loop.
